Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with his family by his side on Monday, February 7, 2022 at the age of 81. Beloved and cherished husband of Maria (nee Caputo). Adored father of Antonio Santoro (Dawn), Nancy Addison (Jeff), Michael Santoro (Amanda) and Jeff Santoro (Amanda). Proud Grandfather of Joey Santoro, Devon Santoro, Justin Moss, Roger Moss (Airrica), Erica D'Orazio (Adam), Zackary Addison, Megan Addison, Megan Moase , Samual Santoro , Tiana Santoro, Mateo Santoro, Zoey Santoro, Hana Delhenty and Grace Delhenty. Great Grandfather of Marie Santoro, Nova Moss, Natalie D'Orazio and Ethan Moss. Dear son of the late Eugenio and Rosaria Santoro. Dear brother of the late Giuseppe (late Iola), late Michele Santoro (late Gilda), late Antonio Santoro (late Emilia), late Salvatore Santoro (Louisa), Teresa Cimino (late Pasquale), Emilia Santoro and the late Michelina Adamo (late Eugenio). Son-in-law of the late Eugenio and Amelia Caputo. Brother in law of Antonio Caputo (late Adela), Alfonso (Mary), Giuseppe Caputo (Gulia), Mario Caputo (Rosa), Chicchina Morano (Emilio) and Frank Caputo (Mary Lou). Ottavio will be sadly missed by Gino Santoro (Rosemary) and by many other nieces and nephews.
A private family funeral will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street E. 705-759-2522) Rev. Trevor Scarfone officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre.
