It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished dad, surrounded by the love of his family, at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the age of 72.  Loving father of Grace Thorburn (Ray) and Josephine Weir (Jim).  Proud nonno of Rae Ann Thorburn.  Dear brother of Francesco (Francesca), Grazia Lai (Antonio), and Luigi (late Luciana).  John will be sadly missed by Rosa Sanna and by many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 5:30 until 7:30 pm.  Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 8 pm.  Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.arthurfuneralhome.com
