Samson, Levi William (1942 – 2013)

Finally his prayers were answered to go to his Eternal home and sit at the feet of Jesus, free from pain forever.  Left behind is his loving wife Nancy of 48 years, his boys Rick and his wife Carol ( Artuso ) of Sault Ste. Marie,  the late Casey (1967), and Larry and his wife Robyn (Godfrey) and their children “His Pride and Joy” Adam, Jarod and Tatyana all of Caledonia, Ontairo. Predeceased by his parents George and Hettie Samson of Peterview Newfoundland, his sisters Ruby (late Stan), Maisie (late John), Darlene, Doreen, Shirley and brothers Ray (late Lene), and Sam (Dinah) and his in-laws Eddie and Mary Bigelow of Thessalon.  Lovingly missed by his brothers Hedley, Oswald (Joan) and sister Irene (Elmo) all of Newfoundland.  Beloved “Pops” to his extended family and furry Grands Mandy, Maggie, Memphis and Mutley.  Special uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon on Friday May 3, 2013 from 12:30pm until time of memorial service in the chapel at 2 o’clock with Captains John and Shellie Kirschmann officiating.  Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery, Little Rapids, Ontario.  Memorial contributions to ARCH would be greatly appreciated.  No words can express our thanks to the staff and volunteers at ARCH for the care that Levi received.  Jesus said, “Come unto Me, all you who are weary.”  Matthew 11:28. www.beggsfh.com
