After a short but courageous battle with cancer, died peacefully with family and friends by his side at the age of 66, on Friday, January 12, 2007. Survived by wife, Judy of 38 years, and loving daughter Nadia. Also survived by his mother Gina Salvatori of Haliburton; sister, Eva Cresswell of Newmarket. Loyal brother-in-law to Anne King and Adeline Olsson both of Sault Ste. Marie; John Mikus, Terrace Bay; Saara Mickusz, Wawa; Connie Micus, Kanata; Ann-Marie Mikus, Sudbury and Irene Mikus, White River. Remembered by many nieces and nephews who will all miss him greatly. Friends may call at Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, January 14, 2007 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Funeral and burial will take place in Haliburton. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the New Sault Area Hospital Building Fund. He will be dearly missed by many friends and associates. We love you, “sir”.
