Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital, with her family by her side on Friday, December 7, 2012 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Vaino Saarela. Loving mother of Larry (late Alina) and Risto. Proud Mummi of Liisa Lauszus (Steve) and Tanya Saarela (Victor Thompson). Laura will be sadly missed by her brother and sisters in Finland and by many other relatives. Great Mummi of Brandon and Kaleb. A memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 12 noon. Rev. Jouko Jyrkama officiating.
