Peacefully at Blind River District Health Center on Saturday, March 25, 2006, Lloyd Rutledge, in his 87th year, husband of the late Dorothy Rutledge and son of the late George and Rita Rutledge of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear father of Erma Eaket (Ervin), Eric Rutledge (Shirley), Dianne Leach (Conrad), Sheila Francoer (Don), Darwin Rutledge and John Rutledge (Melinda). Special grandfather to 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Dear brother of Jim Rutledge (Kae), Elva Marshall (Floyd), Mildred Kelly (late Bill), and the late Velma Springgay (late Bill), Mervin Rutledge (Millie), Orville Rutledge (late Glenna) and Marlene Stanley (Harvey). Dear friend of Florence Dumont, her daughter Lori and three granddaughters. Lloyd will be remembered and adored by his many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where friends may call on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 29th at Iron Bridge United Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment in Spruce Grove Cemetery, Iron Bridge.
