At Van Dael Manor on Friday August 11,2006, Henrietta (Retta) Roy (nee Maxwell), beloved wife of George Roy and loving mother of Robert, Retta Jean Bushworth (Fred), Randall (Vicky), Ruth Christine Hyndman (Micheal), Ronald (Joy), and Richard (Wendy). Grandmother of Brandy Lynne, Ashley, Randall, Erin, Maggie, Alisa & Sopiah. Greatgrandmother of one. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Levine Maxwell and two brothers Joseph and Fred (Angelina) Maxwell and is survived by her sisters, Rebecca (Betty) Kirkpatrick and Marguerite (Margaret) Bielhartz. Retta was an activ volunteer in both her church and community for many years. She was a founding member of Birthright (Sault Ste Marie) and a member of The Daughters Of Isabella. Friends may call at O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home, corner of Cathcart and St James St, Tuesday August 15 from 6-9pm. Funeral mass Wednesday August 16th at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, MacDonald Ave at 1pm with Father Micheal Williams officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetary. Donations to the Alzhiemers Society would be appreciated.
