Peacefully at the General Hospital with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Roy Rowland. Loving mother of Joy Sloane (Greg) and Carol Rowland-Vas (Jim). Proud Grandma of Jim Rowland-Vas and Jasmine Sloane. Dear sister of Maurice Upper (Bea) and Paul Upper (Theresa). Muriel will be sadly missed by her dear friend Grace Hull, her nieces, family and by her many friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 12 noon until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2 pm. Pastor Doris Hill officiating.
