ROUSSELLE, Lucien

Peacefully at the Blind River District Health Centre on Tuesday, June 20, 2006. Lucien Joseph "Bid" Rousselle, in his 86th year, passed away following a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Violet Mitchell Rousselle (1987). He will be sadly missed by his daughter Connie Christmas of London and grandchildren Stephanie Scott (Bryan) of Georgetown, Jeffrey Christmas (Wendy) and Lynn Ann Kloss (Rick) of London. Loved great grandpa "Ahdoo" to Matthew, Erynne, Jeffrey and Sydnee Scott, Jayden and Cameron Christmas and Molly Pearson. Bid is also survived by sisters Simone Russell and Rolande Lyons both of Toronto, sister-in-law Martha Strom of Blind River and brother-in-law Leo Seguin of Sault Ste. Marie, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Delia, brothers Aldege, Lionel, Roland and Fernand and sisters Alice and Anita. At Bid's request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 2nd at 1:00 p.m. from Menard Funeral Home, Blind River with Rev. Norine St-Jean officiating. Private interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
