(June 19, 1935 - December 16, 2019) - Surrounded by family on Monday, December 16, 2019 at the Sault Area Hospital, Salvatore passed peacefully with his family by his side.
Loving husband of Rosina. Proud and loving father of Agostino “John” Rota (Aneta) and Antonio Rota (Marsha). Much loved Nonno of Samantha Paradiso (Robert), Anthony Rota (Brianna), Deanna Burgess (Aaron), Shawna Rota, Vanessa Rota, and Johnny Rota. Predeceased by his parents Agostino and Emilia Rota (nee Parise). Beloved brother of the late Giuseppe Rota (Carmelina) and the late Flora Rota. Sadly missed brother-in-law of the late Fernando Rossi, Carmelina Spry (Eric), Franca Rossi, and Mary Pringle (Brian). Special uncle of Emily Malcom (Tony) and Franca McCuaig (Bill) and great uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Mario Vespini.
