Peacefully with family by his side at the Ontario Finnish Resthome on Monday, September 25, 2006 at the age of 78. Loving husband of Charlotte Irene. Beloved father of Ronald (Cheryl) of White River, Raymond (Peggy) of Goulais River and Pamela of Sault Ste. Marie. Cherished grandfather of Seth (Loralie), Paul (Caitlin) and Lee Rice, Jessie-Rae, Christopher and Tianna Rice and Jason, Mynn and Joshua Easby. Great grandfather of September-Raye, Shayla and Carter. Predeceased by his parents Coulson and Lillie Rice. Brother of Jean Correll (John), Thelma Stenger (late Paul), Coulson Jr. (Maria) and twin brother Mervin (Betty). Brother-in-law of Ronald Kaufman (Mary), Karen Cowan (Dave) and the late Jean Rowlands (late Melvin). Will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the Red Cross for their many years of care. Also to the staff and nurses of the Finnish Resthome for their care and support.
