Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, December 19, 2013 in his 67th year. Best friend of Judy Thiessen. Loving father of Trevor and Ben both of British Columbia. Sadly missed by Jake Thiessen (Donna), John Thiessen, Mary Kirkpatrick (Dave) and Carol Kropp (Gil). Remembered by Matthew, Erin (Danny) and Steven all of British Columbia. Phil worked for Natural Resources of Canada as research scientist for 30 years. He will be fondly remembered by all of his friends and colleagues there. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A Celebration of Phil’s life will take place in the chapel at 1 p.m. Rev.
