It is with great sadness that Tracy and Brad announce the passing of their infant son Gabriel on Wednesday, September 26th, 2012. Loved brother of Avery and Nolan. Much loved grandson of Wendy and Charlie Thomlinson and Esther and Brian Reitzel. Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and great grandparents. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire medical team for the care and support that was given. A Private family service has taken place.
