Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital with her family by her side, on Friday, December 16, 2005. Loving mother of Dave Redfern (Brenda). Predeceased by her husband, John. She will be sadly missed by her three loving granddaughters who adored her greatly, Pam Auger (Kevin), Loralee Grigg (Danny) and Deanna Rector (Mark). You will always be the greatest Nana Rita and will never be forgotten. She also leaves behind five great grandchildren, Matt and Jeffrey Auger, Noah and Cole Grigg and Alexa Rae Rector. Sister-in-law of Vernon Redfern (Gertie) and the late Doris and Fred Miller. At Rita's request, a private family service was held on Monday, December 19, 2005 from the chapel of the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. The Very Rev. Garry Dobinson officiated. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Our sincere thanks for the exceptional care from the nurses on 200Y, Palliative Care and Dr. Beuhner. We know you will be our angel from heaven watching over us.
