James Fredrick (Fred) Reddick, a long-time resident of Goulais River, after a courageous battle with cancer, passed away at home, surrounded by his loved ones, on Monday, November 18, 2002, at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Laura Mae and Arthur Henry Reddick of Lincolnville, Nova Scotia. Survived by his partner Mary (Dale) Monette and sons Ron Reddick and Jack Kidder (Terry) and Lori McCreary (Eric) of Sault Ste. Marie. Special Granddad to Randy, Jason, Donna and Amanda. Grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Brother of Bill (Laura), Alonzo (Sonja), Cecil (Bethy), of Nova Scotia, Ambrose (Cathy) of Montreal and sisters Marion Parris, Bessie Mos (John) of Nova Scotia, Annabelle Clyke, Mary Alice Berreton (Vern) of London, Ontario. Predeceased by his son James Reddick, brothers Harry, Alfred, Joseph and Jeremiah (Terry) and sister Mary. Special friend of Annie Reddick and Dorothy Kidder.
