Marjorie was born on December 12, 1923 in Sault Ste Marie to William Herbert Cove and Annie Aikens, and died at the Sault Area Hospital on September 7, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Charles M ("Don") Ramsay and dear mother of Elizabeth ("Lisa") Ramsay. Eldest sister of Francis (Lorraine) Cove, Florence Hands, Glenn (Pat) Cove and the late Betty Cloutier and Lynn Cove. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
Friends and family may pay their respects at Precious Blood Cathedral (St Anne's Room) from 9:15 am on Friday, September 13, until the start of the Funeral Mass in the church proper at 10:00 am. Rev. Hamish Currie will officiate. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped to care for Marjorie in her home in recent years and in the hospital in the last weeks of her life. Memorial donations may be made to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation or Covenant House.
