It is with heartfelt sorrow we announce that suddenly on Thursday, March 15, 2012 in Rochester, Michigan John at the age of 43 fell asleep in death due to complications following surgery. Beloved husband of Katherine. Loving and devoted father of Malayna. Step-father of Arielle Delong (Chad) and Kayla Cline (Michael). Grandfather of Keaton Cline. Most loved son of Darlene and the late Willy Ramakers. Loved brother and best friend of Lori May (Scott). Son-in-law of Paul and Pat Olenzek. Brother-in-law of Matt and Rhonda Olenzek. Loved uncle of Luke, Jake and Amy May and Benjamin and Samantha Olenzek. Special nephew of Gary and Michele Bock. Cousin of Alyson and Travis Turco (children Nick and Megan), Jason and Cresta Bock (children Emerson and Mckenna) and Jeff and Melissa Bock. Nephew of Jo and Marijke Ramakers. Cousin of Michael Ramakers, Ron and Vanessa Ramakers (children Ally and Evan) and Susan and Stephen Alexander (children Marijke, Matthew and Martin). Grandson of the late Thelma and George Bock and Anna and Frank Ramakers. A memorial service was held on Monday March 19, 2012 at the Oxford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Memorial contributions to the Malayna Ramakers Trust Fund can be made to Darlene Ramakers or Lori May. John will be greatly missed by those who loved him and all who knew him.
