“The Ole’ Saw Duster” – July 1, 1925 – December 7, 2007. He passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at the Sault Area Hospital - General Site in his 83rd year. Loving husband of 60 years to Marie. Father of Gloria (Gord) and Brian (Jackileen). Papa to Stephen and Shelly, grandpa of Lawson (Jessica) and Linsey. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Elizabeth, his brother Murray and his sister Jean. Brother-in-law of Mary Lou. He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be fondly remembered by those who knew him. The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the staff at the Sault Area Hospital ICU. Friends may call at the St. Joseph Island Free Methodist Church on Monday, December 10, 2007 from 11 am until 1 pm. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm. Rev. Tom Gurnick officiating.
