Suddenly at home on Wednesday July 27, 2005 at the age of 63
years. Beloved husband of Ada (nee Canaris). Loving father of Frank (Julie), Lucas
(Kara), Jana (Greg) and Mark (Paula). Proud grandfather of Ronan. Dear brother of
Frank (Ann), Marlene Sartor (Tom) and Nancy McCracken (Brent). Son of the late
Frank and Norma Provenzano. Brother-in-law of Josephine and Carmen DeSimone.
Son-in-law of the late Frank and Assunta Canaris. Carmen was loved and respected by
many nieces and nephews. Special friend to Bill, Reno and Johnny Y. Friends may
call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday
from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at Precious Blood Cathedral 778 Queen
Street East on Saturday July 30, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Bernard Burns
officiating. (At the request of the family, there will be no visitation at the
funeral home on Saturday morning.) Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial
donations made to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the
family.
