At Ladysmith, B.C. on January 24, 2004 in her 93rd year. Widow of George Proud. Dear mother of Ivan (Mary). Dear grandmother of George (Milla), great grandmother of Tasha, Rachel and Maddi. Dear sister of Del (late Dick) Ralph, Mae (late Walter) Trivers, Betty (Col) Seabrook, Barbara (late Bert) Hicks, Roy (Olive) Hare and the late Grace (late Foster) Seabrook, Maude (late Charles) Hilderley, Bernice (late James) Rae, Lloyd (late Elsie) Hare, Ellen (late Albert) Hernden, and Dorothy (Lloyd) Rutledge. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon, where friends may call on Thursday, January 29 from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral in the chapel Friday January 30 at 11 am followed by a reception in the lounge. Spring interment in Cloudslee Cemetery.
