Dr. Lloyd D. Prokop passed away at Sudbury Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 3, 2002, in his 71st year. Survived by his loving wife, June, children Barbara (Kevin Code), Rick, Lexie (Jim Anderson), Patricia and Michael. Grandchildren include Dana, Anthony, Sara, and Nicole. Mother-in-law of Catherine Kennedy and new family members Laurie and Mary Anne Wilson and children Kathy and Michael Rogers, Michael and Terri Wilson and children and Marti Wilson. Also survived by sister Amelia (Fred Pitcher) and niece Elaine Pitcher (David). Predeceased by his father, mother and brother, Stanley. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, August 6 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Bruce Mines United Church Building Fund, Make A Wish Foundation, or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
