POTOCZNY, Edward

The greatest use of life is to spend it for something that will outlast it. Judy and Gerry wish to announce the passing of their father, Edward Potoczny on December 25, 2004 in his 92nd year. From our introductory statement his spirit will live on with us and his grandchildren; Michael, Stefan, Ryan, Meaghan and Alana. He has left us to go and meet again with his wife Anne, with whom he shared over 60 years of joyful and loving marriage. He is survived by his sister, Sophie Roy and two brothers, Ted and Walter (Mary). He will be missed by his church community in which he actively participated and by his friends and neighbours who have been extremely kind to him over the years. Friends and neighbours may call at O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home, corner of Cathcart and St. James Streets Tuesday, December 28 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Joseph The Worker Church, Arden Street on Wednesday December 29 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ron Ambeault officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations to the Community Cancer Clinic would be gratefully appreciated.
