Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Extendicare Van Daele in her 87th year. Wife of the late Frank Poluk and friend of the late Ron Workman. Dear mother of Mike Poluk (Penny), Steve Poluk (Sharon), Martha Seeley, Donna Holtom (Roger), Colleen Suddaby, Mary Wells (Ross), Carl Poluk (Elizabeth) and Bob Workman (Susie). Grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 6. Predeceased by her 2 brothers and 3 sisters. In respecting Connie’s wishes a private family service was held.
