Loving son of Rein and Jo-Ellen. Life’s most precious gift, our only son Christopher was tragically taken from us at the early age of 31 on Saturday, June 11, 2011. His best friend and companion Chevy, stayed with him to the end. Christopher never let a day go by without enjoying life to the fullest. He shared his infectious smile, kind and caring ways with everyone who was fortunate enough to meet him. The outpouring of support and kind words from his many friends and ours, have helped comfort us. We will continue on with life with two broken hearts. Christopher is the cherished grandson of Jean Gibbons (late Richard) and the late August and Aliine Pold. Adored nephew of Elizabeth Hooper (John), Kevin and Carolyn Gibbons, Reg Gibbons, late Ted Gibbons, Sandra (late Enno) Pold, Phyllis (late Paul) Pold and Jaan (late Sandra) Pold. Dear cousin of Sandra, Christine, Laura, Kyle, Pam, Steven, Silvi, Leanne, Jeffrey, Amanda and Michelle. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, June 17, 2011 from 11 am until 2 pm. At the family’s request there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
