Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Sault Area Hospital, in her 88th year on July 25, 2023. Sylvia is predeceased by her husband John and beautiful daughter Diane. Sylvia leaves behind her youngest and beloved daughter Jane (Gary) Constantineau. There will be a large void in the hearts of her three grandsons: Derek (Emily), Sean (Felicia) Constantineau and Bradley (Amy) Piazza. Sylvia was sent an angelic gift from Diane in her precious great granddaughter Rylee Piazza-Roach.

Sylvia is survived by her brothers; Walter, Eddy her sister Sophia, and predeceased by 5 siblings.

Anyone who ever had the pleasure of one of Sylvia’s delicious meals, especially her cabbage rolls and amazing baking will tell you, she was truly phenomenal in the kitchen. She loved sharing food, coffee and conversation at the kitchen table and the holiday gatherings were so loved by everyone.

Family and friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James St., SSM) on Wednesday August 2, 2023, from 11:30am until 1:00pm. Burial in Holy Sepulchre to follow.
