It is with broken hearts and much love that we mourn the peaceful passing of our mother Frances Winifred Perry (nee White), on July 10, 2021 in her 96th year.

Predeceased by her loving husband Pat J. Perry of Sault Ste. Marie (SSM).

Devoted daughter of the late Frank and Ada (Morgan) White, and, predeceased by sisters Doris Nunn (Alec) and Lillie Thompson (Harry) all of Croydon, UK.

Dearest mother of Colleen (late), Janice, Brenda Albert (Charlie), Carol (Robert), Karen Chorney (Scott), and Trevor.

Special "Grammy" to Jennifer Kurylowicz (Ben) of Australia, Katryna Chorney of SSM, Samuel Perry of Windsor and Debbie, Brandon, Shane Albert of Guelph and Brittany Albert of Brantford.

Adoring great-grandmother of Winnie and Isabella of Australia and Lily of Brantford.

Beloved aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt to nieces and nephews in Canada and the UK.

Life long special friend of the late Myra Robinson and beloved godmother to Phyllis Walls.

Her quiet strength and independence were evident in her training as a furrier, her work during WWII as a solderer of aircraft water coolant tanks for Wellington bombers and her decision to marry a Canadian soldier and follow him to Canada to start a new chapter of her life. She encouraged her children to think and act with independence.

Frankie loved spending time in her beautiful garden, sitting on the shore watching the waves roll in on a sunny, windy day. She was known for her delicious homemade pies with rhubarb grown in her garden and her impeccable knitting skills. She loved cats, reading and her chats with ‘babalooey’.

A special thank-you to the staff at Guelph General Hospital (4 West) for their quality care during our mom's brief illness and for the care and compassion by the PSW's of Paramed, over the past 3 years.

At Frances' request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place.

Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home in Guelph. Condolences can be left through their website https://www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com/
