Valiantly lost the final battle to cancer on March 18, 2008. He is survived by his wife Eileen, Hugh Pearman and Anne Moser his children by Eunice Pearman, and by step children Bonita Hietala, John Doyle, Steven Doyle and Susan Doyle. Grandchildren Shawn, Jason, Tanya, Jayson, Erin, Alan and Alice will miss his rugrat humour and great grandchildren Alison, Abigail and Tyler, sadly will not know great-grandad Pearman. Heartfelt thanks to Doctors Fraser and Keith and to the nurses, especially Francine, on the oncology ward of the Plummer Hospital. A memorial service for Richard will be held at the Holy Trinity Church (352 Northern Ave East) on Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 11 am. Rev. Stephen Blackmore officiating.
