Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital General Site, surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at the age of 84. Gennaro was born on June 5, 1926 in Dipignano, Province of Cosenza, Italy. Beloved husband of Elvira Pasqua (nee Mannarino). Devoted father of Maria, Saverio, Frank (Joanne), Lena (Derek Seaton) and Gino. Loving grandfather of Alexandra and Jordan Pasqua and Brent and Breanne Seaton. Son of the late Saverio and Maria Pasqua. Brother of the late Rosaria Turo (late Francesco), late Vincenzo Pasqua (Francesca), Carmine Pasqua (Ida), late Giovanni Pasqua (Angela) and Francesco Pasqua (Maria). Son-in-law of the late Giuseppe and Maria Mannarino. Brother-in-law of the late Michele Mannarino (late Margherita), late Teresa Napoletano (late Giuseppe), late Nicola Mannarino (Rita), Vittorio Mannarino (Emma), Carmela Console (Giovanni), Vincenzo Mannarino (Luisa), late Giulia Cicchello (Francesco), Pietro Mannarino (Rosaria). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Europe. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 6-9 pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 3 pm at St. Veronica Catholic Church. Rev. Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.
