Peacefully in his home at the age of 74.  Claude will be reunited with his oldest son Jeremy, whom he missed terribly since his passing in 2022. He leaves behind his cherished son Brian (Heather) Paradis, his grandchildren; Amberia Stadden (Jason), Jessica Tong (Cody), Jade, Lana and Vaughn Paradis and his great grandchildren; Aiden, Kaysen and Jacob to mourn his loss.

Predeceased by his parents Yvette and Jean Paul Paradis and his siblings; Rejeanne Halonen, Denise Sadowski (late Fred), Bob (Debbie) and Terry (Karen). Mourning his loss are his sisters Brenda Willoughby (late Bill), Helene Barnes (Albert) and his brother Reginald Paradis (Debbie). Claude was known as Uncle Monkey to his numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and the entire west end of Sault Ste. Marie.

Claude lived a very quiet life and all who knew him knew he was a particular man who loved to cook.

The family owes a debt of gratitude to cousins David Sweezy and John and James Anderson for being there in Claudes times of need.  Debbie, Brenda and Helene will miss Claude very much and their care of Claude was beyond appreciated.

The family would like to thank Dr’s Hadar, Tozer, Thangaroopan the Cancer Clinic and Radiation Department and the entire staff of Urology at the Sault Area Hospital including Mark Semeniuk who managed Claude’s oxygen for him and lastly Claude’s PSW Ruth-Anne from the March of Dimes. These wonderful professionals took great care of Claude.  To the residents of Claude’s building thank you for watching out for him.

As per Claude’s wishes no services will be held.

Memorial Donations can be made payable to Tracy’s Dream or the charity of your choice. (Payable by cheque or online).
