Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at the age of 73, with his family by his side. Much loved husband of Ilona for 46 years. Beloved father of Dan (Bobbi-Lynn) and Jim (Patti DuBois) of Sault Ste. Marie and Mark (Amy Harnden) of Blaine, Minnesota. Dear grandfather of Meghan, Matthew, Madison and Ashlyn. Son of the late William and Mary Pallot. Brother of Raymond (Nola), Carolyn Ambeault (Larry) and predeceased by Lawrence (Pauline) and Leona Olar (Charles). Brother-in-law of Vilho Joki (Anne) of Burlington and the late Elmer (Velma). Remembered by his nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral service from the chapel on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 4 pm.
