O'NEIL, Victoria Anna (Toots) (nee Burton)

Passed into the loving arms of God on March 16, 2009 while in her sleep in her 87th year at the Thessalon Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late Gordon O'Neil, who predeceased her in 1982. She will be dearly missed by her children Patricia O'Neil, Michael O'Neil (late Line), Gerald
Aho (Maureen) and Dawn Smith (Perry). Honourary mother in spirit to Cathy Martel, Dave Stefanyshyn (Laurie) and Shelley Stefanyshyn. Survived by brothers and sisters
Rachel, Frank, Flo, Marg (Don), Robert (Peggy), Darlene and Kim. Predecased by brothers and sisters Jeanne, Paul, Jimmy, Lawrence, Henry, Betty, Caroline and
Sandra. Loving grandmother of Sheryll, Jeannie (David), Vicky (Mario), Bobbi-Lynn (Dan), Patrick, Miranda, Robyn, Drew, Kristy, Kelsey, Ashley, Shane and Sarah.
Predeceased by grandsons Michael (1993) and Sean (2000). She was blessed by great grandchildren Brandon, Cody, Kristopher, Virginia, Alain, Meghan, Matthew, Mya,
Emily, Finn, Reese and Annika. Victoria will be missed by nine great-great-grandchildren. She spent most of her life in the Sudbury area and enjoyed her camping, fishing, gardening, knitting and baby sitting children too
numerous to mention. Most of all she will be remembered for her love of friends and family, which she shared freely and unconditionally. She found special joy in the
laughter of children, and enjoyed reading stories to those who sat on her knees in her rocking chair. Perhaps it was fitting that she passed as the sun rose on a
beautiful day with the hint of spring in the air with its promise of renewed life. At Victoria's request, there will be no public visitation; however, friends and
family are invited to celebrate Toots' life at the home of her daughter on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Society would
