Of Glendale, Ontario where he lived all his life. Gone too soon, loving husband, father, grandpa and friend. He was able to spend his last days doing what he loved most, being with his family, truck driving and enjoying a moose burger. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Passed away suddenly in Hockley Valley, Ontario, Sunday April 1, 2012 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Fay for 50 years.  Son of the late Fred and Maria Olar.  Devoted father to Peter (Margaret) of Caledon, ON, Greg of Glendale, ON, Fred of London, ON, Jim of Hockley Valley, ON, Kevin (Billie-Jo) of Northland, ON and Alvin (Carey) of Sault Ste. Marie.  Cherished Grampa of Melanie, Amanda, Joshua, Victoria, Chelsea, Jennifer, Katelyn, Erick, Keirstin, Tristin, Alaina, and Shane. Loving Great Grampa of Kaleb.  Special Grampa of Rayne. Brother of the late Bill Olar, late John Olar (Dorothy of BC), late Dorothy Burke (late Albert), late Alex Olar (late Dorothy), late Helen Ambeault (late Ray), late Walter Olar (Isabel), George Olar (Ruth), late Michelo Olar, Dan Olar (late Gertrude), Paul Olar (Pat), Pauline Pallot (late Lawrence), Charlie Olar (late Leona), Anne Derkach (Ed), late Marion Olar, Carolyne Strong (late Walter), Nellie Loney (Stan), Harry Olar and Nick Olar (Janice). Son in law of the late Eila and Glen Sundstrom. Brother in law of late Irene Whyte (late Bill), Diane Sundstrom, Linda Barnes (late Jim), Debbie Magee (Kelvin), Tim Sundstrom (Lynn Pyette), Dan Sundstrom.  Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, April 6, 2012 from 11 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm. Interment Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 10 am.
