Our precious little angel went to be with her Lord after a courageous battle on Sunday, February 17, 2008 at the age of 9. Cherished daughter of Joseph and Liana. Much loved sister of Matthew and twin sister of Caitlin. Adored granddaughter of Riccardo and Renata Casonato and Paolino and Emma Novello. Special niece of Donny and Andrea Casonato, Albert and Joanne Novello, Santo and Darlene Novello, Mario and Carmela Novello and Pat and Anna Novello. Cousin of Nancy (Ronny), Paul (Amanda), Melanie (Devon), Katie (Rob), Cindy, Christina (Michael), Frank, Melissa (Ian), Stephen, Ethan and Evan. Mikayla will be sadly missed by her friends and the staff at the St. Paul’s Elementary School. George LaPierre C.S.B. officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund, Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
