NOTT, Mary Jean (nee Indrevold)

Peacefully at home on Monday, June 5, 2023 after many years of declining health. Beloved wife of Reginald Nott. Loved mother of Brandi (late Corey Blais) and Jasmin. Grandmother to her special grandsons Cameron and Kingston Blais. Dearly loved daughter of the late Magnus and Myrtle Indrevold. Beloved sister to Sharon, Michael and the late Gary Indrevold. She is also survived by John Indrevold (Leslie) and Sandra Miskiw (Ron) and her many nieces and nephews. Daughter-in-law to the late Lloyd and Dorothy Nott. Sister-in-law to Janice Maki, Jeffrey Nott, Roger Nott (Cheryl) and Wanda Nott (Rene Gagne). Mary enjoyed many things in life especially shopping, more shopping, The Shopping Channel, shopping, camping at Batchawana, shopping and just chilling. Thank you to the many doctors, nurses, and support workers (especially Susie-Q and Michelle) that gave Mary the best of health care over the many years. All of you made her life more manageable and she always had a positive upbeat attitude even though she was rarely pain free. Rest in peace dear Mary. You are now joined with dear Mom, Gary and those who we have loved and gone before us.

Following Mary's wishes, a private family service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East, 705-759-2522). Interment Greenwood Cemetery.

Family and friends are invited to attend a come and go celebration of Mary's life at Broers Jansen, 974 Queen Ste E (Beside museum) on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Memorial contributions (payable by check or online) made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 or the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.arthurfuneralhome.com for the Nott family.

“The Lord watches between me and thee while we are absent one from another.”
