Robert M. Nisbett passed away peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Friday, February 22, 2002, in his 83rd year. Loving husband of Eileen. Dear father of Terry (Sharon) of London, Barry (Linda), Maureen Elgie (David). Loving grandfather of Christine (friend Mike), Heather Ray (Todd), Jeffrey (friend Amanda), late Jennifer, Mark (friend Nathalie), Julie Zachary (Trevor), John, Jeff Elgie (Dionne), Scott (friend Tanis). Special great grandfather of Halle Zachary. Brother of Jean Richards (Charles), Kitty Vipond (late Ivit), Joan Hutchinson (late Alex), Dorothy Wildbore (late Stan), late Donald Nisbett (Edna). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Robert was involved in the 49th regiment, Sault Ste. Marie Minor Hockey and the Barbershoppers for many years. He especially enjoyed fishing at his beloved cottage at Sand Lake.
