passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 28, 2003 at the age of 70 years. Loving and devoted husband of the late Marianna Naccarato. Caring father of; Nancy Avolio (Frank), Joe Naccarato (Mary), Frank Naccarato (Peggy), Sally Coccimiglio (Frank), Danny Naccarato, Marisa Liberatore (Robert), Mirella Bryant (Brian) and Mario Naccarato. Dear grandfather of; Marilyn, Marianne, Eric, Emily, Nicholas, Andrea, Danielle, Jacob, Vincent and Lucas. Son of the late Giuseppe and Nunziata Naccarato. Brother of; Mario Naccarato (Artensia), Elena Sacco (Settimio) of Italy, the late Emma Iuliano (late Domenico), Elisa Scanga (Mario) of Italy, Mafalda Cuglietta (Giacomo), Anselmo Naccarato (Emelia) of Germany and Rosetta Iuliano (Pasquale). Son-in-law of; the late Francesco and Christina Naccarato. Brother-in-law of; Angelo Naccarato (Yolanda), Mario Naccarato (Emma), Louisa Florio (Settimio), Lena Guzzo (Mario), Dominic Naccarato (Orselina) and Carmelina DelBasso (Steve). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Veronica’s Church on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at 9:00 am with Reverend Paul Conway officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Children’s Rehabilitation Centre (Sault Ste. Marie) would be greatly appreciated by the family. Ercole Naccarato was a caring and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Always loving and considerate to those around him and ready to lend a helping hand. He was also a dedicated employee of Algoma Central Railway for over 38 years. The family would like to send a special thank you to the 4th Floor Oncology Unit, and a very special thank you to sister Mafalda and sister-in-law Yolanda for their caring love and support.
