Peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home on Saturday, April 14, 2007 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late “Jack” John. Loving mother of Charlotte Morrison. Dear sister of the late Ethel Britton, Doris Cook, Earl Foley, Lorraine Supple, Norma Jackson and John Foley. Special friend of Sandra Moore (Paul). Grandma Gladys to Stacey Dunseath Duley (Simon) and Jay Dunseath. Great grandma to Roan Duley and Granny Glasses to Alasdair Bennett. Long time friend of Dave Wright, Eileen Burns and the late Jean King and Ruth Young. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 from 1pm until time of the memorial service at 3 pm. The Very Rev. I. L. Robertson officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the C.N.I.B or to St. Luke’s Cathedral Music Fund would be appreciated by the family. She taught in Mexico, Labrador, Ottawa and for many years for the Sault Ste. Marie Board of Education until her retirement in 1978. Gladys loved life and was eager for any new adventure.
