Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital with his loving wife and family by his side on Sunday, January 22, 2012 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Arleen and the late Nancy. Loving father of Emily Moody (Jack) and Nancy Edwards (Brian). Step-father of Carolin Shaw (Robyn) and the late Rodney Shaw (Michele). Proud Papa of Carly LaDouceur (Andy), David Springgay (Crystal) and Kristy Springgay. Great Papa of Alexandra, Jackson, Liam and Duncan. Dear brother of Alice, Gus, Rose, Eva and Betty and predeceased by Frank, Dorothy, Christine and George. Fred will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 1 pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 3 pm. Mr. John Maccarone officiating.
