MORIN, Gerard 'Gerry' 'Joe' - It is with deepest regret that we announce the passing of Gerard 'Gerry' 'Joe' Morin on Tuesday August 9, 2011. Beloved husband of Jean for 62 years. Loving father of Ron (Katrina), Rick (Wanda), Tim (Glynis) and Randy. Proud grandfather of Jamie (Sherrie), Shannon, Jennifer, Nathan (Lindy), Cherelle (Jay), Erin (Daniel), Jade (Pink), Cody (Ange), Wade (Chelsey) and Rikki Lee (Randy). Great grandfather of Taylor, Jody, Gavin, Colton, Tephilla, Hadasa, Magnus, Annalie, Dixie, Chloe-Mae, Dominic, Ty, Abbey and Whitney. Son of the late Mary and Telesphore Morin. Dear brother of Adrian (Teddy), Jeanette, late Rita, Noella (Leo), Doris (Dan), Lucille (Mike), late Paulette and Georgette. Brother-in-law of Rhoda, Betty, Bob, Doreen, Donald, Larry, Gordie and Lynn. He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews as well as his many friends and the Post Office Gang that he visited with over the years. Joe enjoyed being a part of this community and he will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by those who knew him. A celebration of Joe's life will be held at the Polish Hall (176 Mission Road, Wawa) on Saturday August 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Wawa Minor Hockey Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
