The family of Kenneth John Moore regret to announce the sudden passing of their much loved father, grandfather and great grandfather on Tuesday, January 6, 2004 in his 86th year. He was the beloved husband of Marjorie, who passed away in 1996 and the son of the late R.M. Moore and Alexia Toles. He leaves to mourn his children Bernard, Darlene Carty (Alistair), Christine Solomon and Don (Pauline) and his grandchildren Richard Moore, Debbie Moore (Yves), Mark Solomon (Vanessa), Stephen Carty (Brenda), Peter Carty, Janice Doiron (Rob), Sandra Moore, Michael Moore and Jeannine Longchamps. He was the great grandfather to several and the adopted father, grandfather and great grandfather to many. Ken was the brother of the late Margaret McCauley (late Clifford), late Merlin (Margaret), late Athene Hacket (late George), Norma Handy (late Robert), late Clinton (Kay), Dorothy Perryman (late Ellwood) and Eldon (Lois). He was the brother-in-law to Don True (late Ethel), late Doris Gorham (late Bannerman), late Oscar Swanstrom (late Carmel), late Bernard True. Loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Thursday, January 8, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service from St. Peter’s Anglican Church (359 Douglas Street) on Friday, January 9, 2004 at 1 pm. Rev. William Stadnyk officiating.
