MOFFATT, Robert John Victor

Robert was born in Grimsby, Ontario on May 26, 1947 and passed away too soon from pancreatic cancer at the Sault Area Hospital with family by his side on July 22, 2016. Dearly beloved husband of Maret, loving father of Matthew (Erin) and Brennan (Carly) of the Sault. Adoring Grampa of Bree, Neyla and Kinley. Brother of Kay (Costa Rica), David (Judy) British Columbia and Margaret (David) Perth, Ontario. Brother-in-law of Ene Ly Foubert Oshawa, Ontario. He will be remembered by his coffee buddies, co-workers at Forestry Canada and the many friends he made throughout his life. Dearest friend of Al & Mary Catherine Cameron, Bill & Kathryn Johnson and Michael & Anne Marie Smykacz. Robert will always be remembered for his kindness, good nature, patience, work ethic and willingness to help others. The family would like to thank his Doctors, the nurses in the cancer clinic, the E.D., and all the caring staff he met whose aid and compassion were greatly appreciated on his journey with this terrible disease. As per his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or memorial services.
