It is with sadness we announce the passing of Lois, peacefully surrounded by her family, on Saturday, September 11, 2004 at the young age of 54. Dear mother of Mike (Sue) and Kevin (Tracey). Special grandmother to Ryan, Melanie, Kyle, Tyler. Daughter of the late Harold and Lylia Smith. Sister to late Gordon, late Harold (Bo Bo), Joan Ryckman, Dorothy Tuckett, Beatrice, Wickham (late Tommy), Joyce Corcoran (Geordie), Margaret Nelson (Robert), late Marion Buck, David Smith (Cathy), Roy Smith (Debbie). Sister-in-law of Lorraine Kvas and Alvin Buck. Auntie Lowie (Flo) will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Tuesday September 14, 2004 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. A private family funeral service will take place following the visitation. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Sault and Area Hospitals Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
