At his home, on Wednesday November 22, 2006, Jacob Joseph Meyers in his 79th year. Beloved husband of the late Twylia Meyers for 52 years (predeceased April 28, 2006). Loving father of Roy, Brian (Janice), Lawrence (Betty Ann) and Garry Meyers, Mary-Lynn Gamble (Lloyd) and Danny Girard (Helene). Grandfather of Claude, Jody, Lawrence, Crystal, Thomas, Brodie, Stacy, Christina and Billie-Jo. Great grandfather of Taylor, Brendan, Kameron, Kaylen, Gabriel, Eric and Michael. Brother of Katie (late Martin) and Rosie (late Herman) Dobmeier, Pauline Doell (George), Sophie Irlbeck (Alvin), Laura Dunne (Wilfred), George (late Virginia), late Lawrence (Marie), Jimmy (Late Kate) and Henry (Hetty) Meyers. Brother in law to Crystal Marson (late Ollie) and the late Bill (Mary), late Ted (late Marion), late Glynn and late Ronald Coleman and late Evelyn Hawdon (late Adrian). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. At the family’s request there will be no visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Victoria Presbyterian Church, 766 Carpin Beach Rd on Tuesday November 28, 2006 at 1:30pm. Memorial donations to Victoria Presbyterian Church or the Alzheimer’s society would be appreciated by the family.
