April 30, 1913 - October 6, 2010. Loved. Cherished. Revered. It is with a heavy heart that this family announces the peaceful passing of our beloved Virginia in her 97th year. Born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan to the late Arthur and Jennie Tice. Virginia lived, worked and made long lasting friendships from California all the way to Montreal River Harbour, ON. Loving wife to her late husband John Milton Metheany. Predeceased by her sister June Drake (Grand Rapids, Michigan), brother Stanley Tice (California), and daughter-in-law Rev. Jacqueline Metheany (Kalamazoo, Michigan). Devoted mother to son John Metheany and adored grandmother of Jan-Stella, John (Kalamazoo, Michigan), Laura Buckler (Traverse City, Michigan), Elizabeth and Anne and 6 great grandchildren.
