MCMASTER, William John

(January 3, 1949 – August 16, 2013) – It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Bill McMaster, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences North Hospital in Sudbury, surrounded by loved ones at the age of 64. Dearly loved husband of Annette (nee Olsen). Loving father of Gregory, Shannon Candido, Melissa and Caitlin. Step-father of Cody and Devin Boston. Proud grandfather of Tamari. Only son of Kathleen and the late W. John McMaster of Richards Landing. Brother of Marianne Brosnan (Con), Patricia Vanderburg (Bill), Beth Courtney (Steve) and Kathleen (Greg Miles). Favourite uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 11 am. Rev. David Jack officiating. Private interment Richards Landing Cemetery at a later date.
