Surrounded by her loving family, passed quietly at the F.J. Davey Home on Monday, October 30, 2006 at the age of 83 years. Loving wife of the late Morley McLean. Survived by her children Penny Elliott (Brian), Leslie Mancini, Connie Witty (Glen), Patsy Bearden (Ken), Becky McLean (Bob), Bob (Colleen), Brian (Jan) and Jim (Jocelyne). Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Beloved sister of the late Eileen Digby, Frances Digby, late Ray Stewart, late Zena McLean, late Mervyn Stewart, Myra Jardine, late Beryl Langston and Mavis Kearns. Sister-in-law of Gladys Mitchell. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 from 12:00 noon until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Bill Stadynk officiating. Interment at Goulais River Cemetery. Memorial donations made to St. James Anglican Church, Goulais River, Sault Area Hospital Cancer Care Fund or Algoma Residential Community Hospice (A.R.C.H.) would be appreciated by the family.
