Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital General Site on Monday, August 23, 2010; Thelma McFarling in her 86th year. Wife of the late Ivan McFarling (December 1996). Much loved mother of Judy and Jack Bouchard and Joanne and Chris Archibald and special ‘adopted’ daughter and friend Wendy Roy and husband Mark. Nana of Jackie (Darren), Kim (Kevin), Brent (friend Heather), Derek (Lindsey), Elizabeth (Brad), Robert and Thomas. “Old” Nana to Joshua, Jacob, Landon, Hailey and Connor. Special Grandma Thelma to Amy. Predeceased by her parents, sisters and brothers and their spouses and survived by brother-in-law Bill McCaig (Dorothy). “Aunt Thel” will be lovingly remembered by her niece “Annie” (Sister Claranne McFarling) and nieces and nephews of the McFarling, Brennan, McCaig, Brooks and O’Brien families and special, faithful friends Carol Rouleau and Rina Chalut.
