McDONOUGH, Anita

After a very brave battle with cancer we sadly announce the
passing of Anita on Friday, August 21, 2009 surrounded by her family and friends. Anita spread her wings and went to join her mom and brothers in heaven. Anita was
the much loved soul mate and best friend of Aaron Hicks and was a loving and caring mother of Mandy (Mike), Ryan (Tiarra), Katlin, Natasha, Summer and baby Erin. She
was also a special mom to Brianne. Loving and caring grandma to Alexis, Jordan, Joshua and a very special aunt to Shelly. Anita is also survived by her brothers
Donny (Tammy), Mike (Karen), Lee and sisters JoAnn and Darlene. Predeceased by her mother Anita, brothers Ronnie, Bobbie and Roger (Cathy). Anita will be greatly
missed but never forgotten by Mary and Lewis, Chris (Rachel), Brandon and Destiny. Also will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call
at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, August 27, 2009 from 11 am until time of service in the chapel at 1 pm. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Special thanks to Dr. Buehner and the palliative care staff at the Sault Area Hospital. Many thanks to her wonderful caregivers Sonny and Laura from ComCare.
