Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital-General Site on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Maxine. Loving father of Carrol (Gary), Bob (Pam) and the late Karen. Cherished grandfather of James, Karen, Daniel, David and Katelyn. Dear brother of Rhoda (late Allan) and Ken (Barbara). Predeceased by Austin (late Mae), Edith (late Ted) and Tom (late Mary). Merlin will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A private family service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, October 29, 2009.
