Luva McConnell passed away at the General Hospital on Wednesday, October 23, 2002 at the age of 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Douglas McConnell. Dear mother of Margo Rivett (Roger) and the late John McConnell (Kim) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Grandmother of Erica Rivers (Cory), Chad Rivett (Sheila) and Karie McConnel (C.J.). Great grandmother of Kyle and Caleb. Sister-in-law of Jan Hamilton (late Jim) and the late Daryl McConnell (Kay). Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758) on Monday, October 28 from 1:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Mrs. Janet Norman officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. The family would appreciate memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation.
